New York Giants has come up in 3 PigSkinFreaks stories since Friday, July 24, 2026. All of them were led by Gordy.
The latest, from Thursday, October 22, 2026, is "J.J. McCarthy Built His Case From 24 Points Down. Sunday, The Score Starts At Zero." John Harbaugh confirmed J.J. McCarthy will make his first start as a Giant Sunday against the Texans, with Jameis Winston as the backup. The case for him rests on one fourth quarter against the Saints: 243 yards after entering down 24. Friends, Sunday starts at 0-0, and that is a different job.

The Giants are expected to change their backfield rotation against the Saints today. Per Jordan Raanan, Najee Harris is likely to have a larger role, with Cam Skattebo downgraded but still in the mix after his fumbles. Nothing is official. Friends, in July I told you to take him a round early.
The ankle and fibula ended his rookie year. The reports coming out of New York this month have been optimistic. Friends, I am not an optimistic man, and even I have moved him up.
